I have made payment on 31.07.2012 thru my ICICI Bank Credit Card for new connection in the name of my friend PRAKASH KUMAR vide on line transaction no. HO-31/07/12RIL-115235.
Have checked with my banker and they confirmed that payment goes to the merchant WWW.RECHARGEITNOW.COM (Plot no.126, Sector-44, Esteel House, Gurgaon-122002.
Inspite of various mail and follow-up with customer care, no one bother to take the responsiablity and help us for the same.
Kindly look into the matter and help us to refund this money
