Payment deducted 3 times but domain not booked from www.buy.ooo. Now not refunding or Responding.

I had tried to book a domain name on www.buy.ooo and tried and make a payment three times using www.ccavenue.com. The payment went through all the three times but the domain was not booked so I went ahead and booked it through www.bigrock.com. When I contacted ccAvenue for refund, they inforned me that all three payments have been forwarded to www.buy.ooo and should contact them, they being the merchant. I have been trying to contact buy.ooo for the last 1 week but they are not responding to my emails. On phone, they are telling me that they have not received any payment where as www.ccAvenue claim that the money has been transfered to www.buy.ooo for which they have given me a written statement and also I have a copy of the chat that I had with ccavenue customer care. www.buy.ooo is a fraud company and they are not returning my money which is a fraud. Please help. I am not getting any response from them.
