I had placed an order at mginger.com and to save money on cash on delivery, i had made the payment through my card. The amount was debited but there was no delivery of the product. There is one customer care no. which is always busy and there is no proper reply to the e-mails. There is no other way of contacting them other than placing a new order because after placing an order they give you a call to confirm the order and if you ask those people any questions, they say their job is to only confirm the order and nothing else. I googled for other complaints with the same company i.e. mginger.com and i found many other people who have been cheated by these people. I hope that i’ll get some help from consumer forum. I have all the details of the order like the order_id and even the bank statement of the cash debited. This is a clear case of fraud. Please help.
