Payment cut in my Atm.

Our bank account in kgsg bank sidhauna saidpur ghazipur .My a/c no.313422010023601
Date 16/04/2018 I dra 10000 rs to Atm of kottak mahindra in Ardali bazar varansi but Atm does not give me money .Atm cut 10000 rs.In my account .I complaint to bank toll free number four time bank not refund my money so
