Name of company/service: Datawind Innovation Pvt Ltd

Sir I have Booked A Tab From The Company And I got mail on 9 may 2012 that payment first and we will deliver ur product i have send Cheque on 11 may 2012 They Have Not a Confermation of payment till today and not given the dilivery of product also my cheque no is 097007 payment is 2999 Rs only What can i do now

    Datawind is the biggest fraud. I am also one of the customer who have made the advance payment in february 2012.
    Datawind scam will come in picture very soon.
