NOT PAYING THE PRE & POST EXPENSE.

I have medical insurace of Apollo Munic Helth Insurance last three years. Unfortunatly my wife hospitlized in the month of 18 th may’14. I informed to the mediclame company(Apollo Munic). the senction the clame very late and after discharged, i apply for rembursment of pre-post expnese on 9 th July’14. i have done many calls and e-mails but not paying my rembusement bills.
