Payed money for idea netsetter but not got delivery , no response on call

I have purchased the idea net setter(qty-2),they told me that u will get delivery in three hours,but no any response from their side, I called their number many times and then they said me that we can not deliver in your area, so we told that we can take this delivery any where as per your specified location, and they told ok our executive will call u within 5 min, but that was a lie and I didn’t got any call again , no response when calling again. I have their executive(piyush) personal number but he is not picking the phone.Kindly solve the matter.
