I went to retailer for recharge offer of Rs 63, got my number recharged +91-98031-62419, as per Retailer I was supposed to get my local call rates down to 30 Paise per minute. Retailer recharged my number with that offer but, neither I got any service activated not I received any sms. And when I called customer care to activate my service they told me that no service has been activated by retailer, Then again I went to Retailer he again said that recharge was done from his side.
So I am getting mentally harassed by both, Retailer and Customer Care. Help me to get my money back or get the service activated. I shall be very thankfull.
