Hi Team,
I wanted to escalate this matter to you against Vodafone Karnataka for being absolutely incompetent in serving me with a simple request.
I have been in contact with Vodafone Customer service since 2 days and I have contacted them via telephone about 8 times with regard to my request. But I haven’t been lucky enough to get my simple issue sorted.
I had contacted the customer service team to active the INR 95 pack for free package of Vodafone Connect GPRS Internet service. I have called the CS team 8 times but this hasn’t been done.
During this time I have been unnecessarily been paying 10paisa per 10 kb data usage. Which needs to be refunded to me for the last two days as it is not my fault.
I have spoken to several idiots from the customer service team, but they are just too unskilled, ineffective , inept, hopeless and useless!
My calls were several times escalated to the team leaders who did nothing. I have also asked to activate this service directly from my mobile number , but even that did not work.
I am just so surprised that Vodafone is struggling to activate this service and it’s high time that they put the shutters on if they are so hopeless !
Every time I call them I am promised that the service will be activated within 1 hour, but they are all liars. There is a clear lack of ownership within the customer service now and the customers are left as orphans. They Vodafone team needs to seriously think of re-strategizing their customer service delivery approach. They are pathetic at it!
Please ensure that my service is activated asap and all the monies are refunded to me please. I have wasted too much time on this already.

Hi Vodafone team,
I am aware that the activation has happened. Please note that it happened only after i took out time to visit the Vodafone store. Had i left it to the pathetic Customer service team, it would still be inactive.
Please do someting abt your customer service team as they are very unpolished and no more than a bunch of incompetent idiots.
Also, since my escalation was so long i expected that your response will be a bit more detailed addressing my concern. But it was a simple note to say apologies.

There seems to be no sense of accountability and customer service that you people have.
