Pathetic State of 3G data connectivity

I am a 3G customer of Airtel and I complained about the problem of low speed of connectivity for which a ticket C3GSP3092139921399213 was raised to resolve it but its already 2nd October and neither has anyone contacted me yet nor have they resolved the problem.

Its very difficult to contact Airtel customer care and they have a very pathetic customer care service. The people are not competent enough to resolve the problems in a single call and you cannot call them back after having made a call for almost a day. I have been very tormented by the fake promises that AirTel has made.
