Pathetic Service by reliance

My name is Vivek Yadav and my reliance user id. is 369830160475 . My connection has been down since april 24th (complaint no.-232606380 ) and it’s been more than a month. Even after calling customer care three times a day for a whole month, no resolution has been found for the issue . They have already made me pay one bill for their non-service and they have generated bill for the next month too . They expect me to keep paying bills to get the money I’ve already sunk , as waiver in future bills . To make matters worse , no reliance technician/engineer has visited my house in the whole month . I’ve been promised call-backs hundreds of times but have received only one call from reliance . This is the most pathetic service a bill paying customer expects from any corporation . And to top it all they have slapped late payment charges on me because of late payment of dues , which for god’s sake I was not able to pay because of their non-working internet . I am getting no answers from reliance . Because of an earlier email i sent to relianceada , i received a call on my phone from a reliance customer care executive but the phone was disconnected in the middle of the conversation and I haven’t heard from anyone ever since . I have decided to just get my connection terminated because of pathetic service from reliance . Never have i faced such harassment .and I have dealt with goverment run PSU’s , they customer service looks five star when compared to reliance . I mean than 40 days of outage and that too third time in 7 months .And I complained everywhere on multiple consumer forums , on pg portal but nothing seems to make this god-forsaken ISP move. I’d advise everyone to stay away from reliance .

    @padma …you can say that again !! it’s the most pathetic service I’ve experienced and that too when I’ve already paid two bills for more than 40 days of downtime . Reliance keeps generating bills and threatening you to pay them , even when you get no service . They keep telling me that you’ll get waiver in the future , like when ? a year from now ?!! I tell you they are pathetic .
