Pathetic Service of Voltas AC customer Care

Hi

I raised a request in Voltas Customers service with request number 18052716871 from Vikaspuri Delhi 110018 for my AC cooling problem on 27th May, 2019.
But i didn’t get any service till 29th May,2018.
For the same i am getting useless calls in which they are saying we are calling from Mehroli and repair only commercial AC . which is very far from my place.

Voltas Customer service has all my correct details , why they are transferring my service to incorrect address or person.

I am waiting for the person from last two days. Still didn’t get correct service.

This is very annoying as i am wasting my time.
In the same time local mechanic do the job very well.

What type of service Voltas is providing.

I am requesting you to send the correct person on priority else we have to take strict action.
