Pathetic Service, Indefinite delay, irresponsive and insensitive management and losses due to damages

I shipped the goods from Dubai in July. It reached Chennai port after 55 days. Meantime the company failed to keep me updated, citing their people were on leave. Then the goods arrived with many broken items. Their assembly team was pathetic- with a few screw drivers they we’re trying to fix large furnitures.Whenever I took up the matter with their senior team , they were absolutely unsympathetic and not at all proactive. I was left wondering , why did I assign the Job to Writers.Dont ever give them a job, otherwise you will lose peace of mind. And they don’t come cheap. I have all written proof from their communication of how they completely mismanaged the matter. One guy who was helpful was Jim. But with a company that has poor leadership and management, one person can’t do much. They don’t send adequate people, package material is poor because of which many broken items. Very disillusioned . Writers relocations-Please avoid. There are many better ones
