Name of company/service: Fly King Courier
We booked Consignment no.48480655 on date 23rd July from SItamarhi(Bihar) for Noida Sector 82 & to my surprise till date it has NOT been delivered .
On enquiry today , we were told that Fly King do not have services in Sector 82 of Noida & my courier has been sent back on 1st Aug.
My questions are….
1. Why at all the consignment was booked for Sector 82 if there was NO service in Noida?
2. Is Sector 82 out of municipal area?
3. Why your site doesn’t mentions that you have only selected area service in Noida?
4. Assuming u dont have services in Sector 82, why at least we were not called to pick up from your Sector 10 office?
5. Is this the way proffesional companies work?
Looking forward for answers to my questions & a solution to my grieviances.
