Pathetic Service and Fraud customer care

I have booked Bus ticket, TM6911594239 on 12th May 2018 using RedBus for myself and my family(3+1) from Thiruvananthapuram to Bangalore . The bus operator was Kallada and travel date was 13th May 2018. The bus was breakdown in nagarcoil after 2 hours of journey. Then the operator denied to continue the trip. After serveral hours of argument and requests they have arraged a very poor vehicle (Tempo traveller) at 4am. that was not at all comfortable for long journey. After the hectic travel they have dropped us in Hosur on Monday (14-May-2018) 4 PM without any alternative to my actual destination Bangalore. Then I have reached my destination by Taxi.I lost my money, peace of mind and forcefully taken a leave from office.

I have intimated the same to RedBus and they created an incident for the same and they promised me that they will refund my money back.But I have not yet got resolution from RedBus. I felt so cheated by RdBus and their Bus Operators.I faced so much trouble , Paid for some service that was never given to me.

I request you to take action against RedBus and provide me support to get fair compensation for this
