Pathetic Service and extremely rude behaviour of employees

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I had purchased a prepaid Sim card from Tata Docomo, Borivali West shop on Chandavarkar Rd. on 9th March. Till date the sim has not been activated. But that would not have been an issue had the employees of the shop not been so rude and pathetic. As I am not a native of Mumbai, I had to request one of my family members in Mumbai to help out with the documentation and proof. My 65+ years old Uncle went twice to their shop to submit the document. The first time, without even checking they said that this number was not bought at this shop, go to Borivali east. The second time he went they said that the person who handles these is not here and so we are not sure where you bought this from. Even though I live in CHembur, they are asking me to travel all the way to Borivali as they have misplaced the entire document for this particular SIM.
