i am using reliance broadband in UP lucknow. my user id is 249735283866 .they give so pathetic service .they are charging 600 per month and for 10 days every month the internet dont work.on 13th of april 2015 last my internet was working and i locked the complaint on the very same day today is 5th day and nothing progressed
everytime new customer care representative picks up the call and everytime he says in 24hrs complaint will be resolved but it never happen.and dont even waveoff the money for the days internet was not working.the pathetic service ever.please consider my problem and please talke the strict action against it.
