Name of company/service: Airtel
Its very very bad experience with Brand name Airtel .When comes to know on 12th July morning that the Number 9802222249,
which I am using since 1.5Yrs amount deducted INR-1900/- ******
As i was using unlimited Internet plan charged INR-198 every month. **

Now story start on 10 th July i received a message from Airtel that my
account will charge INR-198,so need to maintain sufficient balance.
As i have already recharged my number with amount INR-2000/- with extra
talk time inr-2200/- on 2nd July. So i was sure that i have sufficient
balance and service will continue . .****
On 11th July i Download only one MP4 song around 5 MB data. When i wake
up on 12th July, i was shocked that my balance almost gone .. ****
Airtel deducted around INR-1900/-, Can anyone explain why ?****
I was out of station and Due to an emergency, i need to call but i don’t
have balance cause of Airtel only . ****
I felt my guilty there . Who will responsible for that ?****
I call several times to customer care they provide me a complain number#
CBDCC30713547036 , one of your Representative promise me call back but i
haven’t receive ..****
I asked any another person cell phone and asked the status , agent advice
i will get call back till 1400 hr , i also update my alternative number ,
but same thing happened.****
I contacted local airtel office in Panipat , they advice need to visit Karnal, which is more than 80km from me ..
I Have mark lot of mail to customer care email id Applets id and called lots of time i haven’t receive any revert .
