We have an Eletrolux Oxymax 320Litre Referigerator. It stopped working on 14th sept, 2011. We registered the complaint the same day in amritsar service centre but got no response till the next day. So i called again on 15th sept and they told they haven’t registered any complaint by our name and registered it again with name Promila Marwaha and phone no. 8427485259 and after few hours the company’s engineer called me on this no. thrice to confirm the address and diagnosed the problem and said the compressor is out of order. He assured that the compressor will be replaced within two days. his no.- 9781440861. but on 16th when i made a call to the service centre the said ur complaint still not registered with us and took another half an hour to register it asking the address again and again and the phone no. was told to them around 6 times. and after registering the complaint they dint assured anything. Our fridge is out of order and nothing is been done . there is 5 year warranty on the fridge compressor. i am attaching my bill.
