Pathetic after sell service from Xolo mobile

I have purchased XOLO A510 mobile somewhere in Apr / May ’14. There is some problem in the mike of the mobile and hence I have given it in the service centre at Ghatkopar East (Mumbai) on 12th July. They told me that they will resolve the problem and give it to me on 14th / 15th Jul. Since then I am following up with them but it is not yet ready and every day they tell me that call tomorrow and check if it is done or not. It’s been more than a month now and still the problem is not resolved.
The contact number given by the service center is not reachable almost 98% of the times I tried to call and even if the call gets connected the service center people do not pick up the call.
I have emailed regarding this to ‘[email protected]’. but no reply from them as well. Really frustrated with the pathetic service.

Please help.
