Dear Sir / Madam
I have lodged a complaint (complaint no 312071402118) to your customer care on 14 July 2012 and followed up multiple times for repair of EXXO Brown fan purchased on 5 Feb 2011 vide Bill no 8812 from Pawan Electricals at Chandigarh.
No one is attending to my complaint even after daily reminders. Can you please help in resolving it.
