Pathetic deed and service by IDEA

Dear sir/ Madam

My Mobile number is 9898616449. I am a well Known travel agent from Ahmedabad. I have Port my number from Vodafone to Idea, 2 Months Back.
Before 2 weeks I got a call from your Idea Call centre regarding the payment of my previous operator. Which I was Unaware about due my previous operator did not send me any details for the same. Hence after receiving a call from Idea I had made the payment to Vodafone with my credit card. And Had also submitted the copy of the same to your Idea store near jodhpur cross road Store naming jai bhagwati marketing to executive called niharka.
I got an Acknowledgement call from your side saying that they have received my bill.
Today when I was busy with my clients and cracking deals with them on phone, My phone got disconnected. I was shocked to see such behavior from your side. I called your 198 helpline about 4 times but for them it seemed as a joke.
1st Time when I called there was some lady, She was very arrogant and made feel that it was all my fault when I request to talk to the senior she hanged up the phone. Second and third time when I called the person hanged the phone when I asked his name. The fourth time I called there was a lady who pickup the phone. She was not all clear with what the actual problem was and was diverting the conservation from here and there. Finally she transferred to the senior. After she told me to visit the idea store where the documents was submitted . I was on the way to anand for business meeting and I have to return back to visit your Idea store just to tell them my phone got disconnected…
I don’t understand it felt like dominance of idea on customer. Who disconnects the mobile with even prior informing the customer.
Till this none of your representative has tried to solve my problem. Please revert me for this type of service and customer behavior had I ported from Vodafone to idea. Today you made me realize my mistake.
Please do reply with one thing which I had asked all your executives but none of them reply. “Who’s Fault was this?” , “Why I have to Suffer?” , “who will bear the losses?”

I See this case as an intention not as fault from your side.

Resolution from your side I need.
· Retain My Service asap.

· Need Strict action against your executives.

· Need compensation for mental and physical hareshement due your illogical and unethical deed . I have also suffered monetary business loss due to disconnection of phone(5 Lacs rupees)

Hence Request to do the needful and consider this as an official conversation and failing to make the resolution will lead in legal action against you in court and Trai…
