I have an internet connection grom icc pune.i called up customer care about non working connection but they just put on hold as if we have nothing other work.if someone attends call he tells me engineer will be coming in 10 mins
iam waiting for their 10 mins since two days.
They dont give a damn to customers and are least bothered and if they pick your call you are lucky
iam really frustated with pathetic service kindly help me in taking proper legal action against ICC internet
