I took Hathway internet 50 mbps package, few months back and since the time I have to complaint about the new being down, the speed, and what not. I call and complaint, for which we have to pay call charges, never got that part; no one ever calls back with response and when call again the query was solved, I mean how?? Even the calling customer care is a pain, they don’t answer, answer and hang up, give wrong information, take down wrong complaint, advise us to email and till date, not once I have got a revert on any of my emails.
My net was not working for many days, I do not get any extension because of their problems, why do I have to pay for the time I did not even get to use net?? I do not get bills to check my usage, my speed at present is pathetic, no where close to the 50 mbps that I am paying for, if I call I am told my usage exceeded, when my laptop is not even been put on for days, and the only people using the net are me and sisters, I am trying to download one movie (through torrent which hardly consumes any space) from 2 months or more and have not succeeded. I am pissed off with the service and out of options.
I would not try to go to court as I know it will be a waste of my time and money, no one has enough of these resources today. I do not know what do I do and how do I complaint about them, something which will do justice to me and other users as well.
Any suggestions are welcome, I am not much of a blogger so please email the ideas to: [email protected], with no suggestions to change the user, as I have invested so much money for installation and have prepaid charges for the net, and just switching the service provider, I believe helps us run away or avoid the problem rather than use our voice for it.
