I ordered lenovo vibe K5 note on 3rd Oct under exchange offer and debit card cash back having order noOD507237209626730000. I got a call from courier boy today stating please format your phone. I formatted my phone and now I am told your phone is damaged and cant be exchanged. Nowhere I found on order page of flipkart regarding what should be the status of phone while exchanging, however, my old phone ia pretty much in working state. I was even ready to pay difference of exchange offer in cash, however, flipkart still didn’t agree to deliver the phone and asked me to reorder. So now, due to their mistake, I lost cash discount which was available on almost all online portals and will be either without phone for another 5 days or need to reinstall all apps. I wasn’t expecting big online portals to provide such pathetic customer service even when I was ready to pay the difference in cash.
