Dear Concerned,
Absolutely pathetic and worthless service support from Eureka Forbes!! Shocked to see how a company can be so aggressive in sales and so lousy, careless and pathetic in customer service.
I have made a BIG MISTAKE by purchasing two sets of Aquaguard Magna RO+UV product in last one year. One of then has not even passed 1 year and well within normal manufacturer’s warranty. Even then, no one from Eureka Forbes or its local dealer is providing service support or responding to so many request calls.
Within a year it stopped working for the 3rd time, whereas before selling /installation they very well took water sample and confirmed that the product can run with this water sample without any trouble.
And the most frustrating thing is ONE HAS TO REALLY MAKE TREMENDOUS EFFORTS in registering a service request. I tried to:
1. Call the local service person many times – do not responds properly, rather rudely at times.
2. Tried calling Help-line (someone said is it Hell-line), but exactly the way I heard about it, never received a complaint registration no.
3. Tried to register through website and alas! Here also I need to again give missed call to a number upon which nothing happens!!!! It’s like calling GOD for help! No further information on website.
4. Tried escalation of complaint, but without a complaint no. nothing can be done! I understand that and accept!!!!!
Such a frustrating experience I personally never had in my life using so many products everyday like TV, DTH, Fridge, many mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, Car, motor cycles, not even Telecom!!! Atleast they listen to what you say (and might not do anything after that)!
NOW, I WANT MY MONEY BACK! PLEASE TAKE BACK YOUR JUNK MACHINE AND REFUND MY FULL MONERY BACK.
