Pathetic customer service and fraud charges resulting in harassment and torture.

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Reliance communications

Even after paying up my bill, the company has disconnected my outgoing services and have still not activated it.

The customer care executive Mr. Ajay says that the line is active but still i cannot make any calls.

I had *222 on 11th July at 22.00 apprx time and after keeping me on hold for 20mins, Mr. Ajay bluntly disconnects my call. On top of this the company charges 50p/3min to speak to customer care executives.

Because of such irresponsible behaviour from the company has resulted in 10000rs loss of business. Since it is a postpaid connection, i want refund on my rental and calling charges for speaking to customer care. Also including the harassment and torture suffered I would like to take up this complaint to consumer court and demand compensation to the loss occurred in my business.
