Name of company/service: Pizza Hut(PHD)
I had a guest at home and ordered a pizza and some garlic bread.
While we all enjoyed the meal, when the last slice was being offered to the guest she noticed a housefly in the base. Yes, t was embarrassing.
I called the store (Sector 56 Gurgaon) which delivered the order and told them what happened. The only thing they kept saying is we will send you another one which I refused as we were already done with dinner (it was the last slice, remember)! I asked them to issue me an apology letter on the next day and have it delivered home which I was assured will be done. It is almost 20-25 days now and no-one even bothered to call!!
So now I who is a big time pizza lover will not have it any longer from pizza hut.
I lost the bill but this was the last order registered on my mobile no 9873423071!!
