Pathetic Customer Care Response

Location/place: Assam

Name of company/service: BSNL

Issue: Sim Block,Dated:23/07/12 Time: 12:46hrs,call made to BSNL customer care 18001801503, from Mobile number: +918011006166,Call duration: 2min 59 sec. Abrupt reply from Customer care person to call back in the morning hours as they can’t respond to my any queries at this point of hour;neither any of there immediate senior person was available to attend to the query,as stated by them. Also the call was picked up after a many (supposedly) disconnected calls. Whenever a person is serious with their query,the customer care executive use to disconnect the call(later stating it to technical problem).
