Pathetic after sale service from LG

Name of company/service: LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd.

Dear Sir/Madame,
I sanjeev kumar srivastava, resident of greater noida U.P.(Delhi/NCR), am a unsatisfied (after sale service) customer of you.
I am using your products from past 17 years(approx), but now I am totally fed up with the quality of services you are offering,
I have given my home theater for servicing on 09/06/2012 but after too many calls to your agents and customer care nothing
hapened positive to me. My home theater is still thrown anywhere in your service center. { complaint no. RNA120609006825}.
Again I have register a complain for my washing machine {complain no. RNA120727012298}. Now nobody turned up for servicing.
what a hell! I f I am using branded products like LG then I am not expecting this kind of response to be troubled.
So its my humble request to you that If you can do something for me please do it immediately. Otherwise my faith in LG has gone
negative.
