Date of Receiving in Lucknow passport office : 07.05.2012 .

This is the mail that I have written to passport cell of Lucknow 4-5 times and they are still not hearing my request.
When I applied for first time,my verifications were ot done due to my non availability.Second time I contactedpassport seva kendra,gorakhpur and they told me to apply again.I applid again and this time both verfication(loacal policeand CID were done which osts to me Rs 2400) but still after 4-5 months don’t have status of my passport.

Please invesigate the matter and resolve this issue.
