Hello sir,
On august3rd i went to chennai airport to drop my relative who is going to USA while entering the airport in toll plaza they give one slip with entering time, without any details in that,I dropped my relative immediately&struk up in traffic due to fasttrack xylo vehicle who is dropping customer with heavy luggage so i waited patiently&move to exit area, total time i was in airport is only 14minutes, at the exit one toll person stopped the vehicle &ask for the slip i gave it he told me to pay 120RS i argued why i should i pay&he told if the timelimit cross above 5 minutes i have to pay.
I told him it was not my mistake due to traffic jam i already told above it got delayed upto 14 minutes no traffic policemen in that area to clear the vehicle this caused delay so am not reponsible for this but he stopped me there itself so atlast i paid the amount &left airport latenight this is really frustrating us this is not good also contractors are cheating us Please take immediate action or atleast increase the time limit please.
