Your Help is needed in this regards.
I works in Alstom T&D India Ltd in Allahabad. I have booked a parcel (RU269586254IN) from Allahabad HO on date 01 March 2013 at 12:31 PM Today is 05 March 2013 but parcel is not showing online yet. Due to the carelessness of the india post.
PayPal is telling that I have submitted wrong tracking information of the parcel. That’s why PayPal has charged me $179.93 USD and totally india post is responsible for that.
I have also raised the complaint (Complaint Number: 100053 16363)on india post website on date 05.03.2013 on link http://www.indiapost.gov.in/ccc/pcstatus.aspx
But there is no any response is coming.
Hence I request to you please look in to the matter seriously.
