Name of company/service: DTDC
I had sent a courier from Pune to Siliguri on 9th July through DTDC courier. Online status shows it arrived Kolkata office on 11th July . No further status update on it. I tried to reach officials, they are not responding me.I sent hundreds of mails but no action.

They are not even claiming it lost. They are just not able to track it.
If it has reached kolkata office,how and where could it be dissappeared.Please help me get information of my parcel or atleast the amount refund.it costed Rs.5000 + courier charges. Its already apprx a month now.
