Paradise(providing AC on rent and repairing services) is a fraud

Name of company/service: Paradise AC Repair shop (G-884, indirapuram Ghaziabad )

I repaired my AC(Hittachi) from a Paradise shop whose address is Nyay Khand-1, Indirapuram, G-884,Opp. Super tech I-con, Sai MAndir, Ghaziabad. First time it charged 2000 Rs by saying this we have to fill gas in AC. HE gave 6 months warranty. After 10 days AC stopped working.Again he came to check AC and said tubes are destroyed because of gas leakage.He charged 2000 Rs and gave 1 year warranty again. After 15 days AC stopped working.we are calling him for 5 days but he says I am coming but not come till now.PLease its my request take leagal action.
