PANASONIC AIR CONDITION (A/C) SERVICES VERY POOR

I purchased Panasonic Air condition (A/C) last year and called customer care for service before my warranty finishes.
I made first complaint on 1st May 2014 and informed by customer care that service technician will attend the job, but unfortunately on 12th May 2014 I received an sms saying that job has been completed, With out attending the job by technician.
Again on 12th May 2014, I registered another complaint and informed by customer care saying that service technician will attend the same job, but till date (28th May 2014) nobody has attend the job.
So called a standard company PANASONIC is dealing with customer like this means what other companies will do.
I really get fed up with Panasonic calling for many times for getting my job done and in future I will not purchase/deal with.
