paid 3500 on 26th june till date have not received the product

Contact Mr. Amish Mehta +91 7200045707 Email – [email protected] Neft-26/06/14 NEFT/0029161996/amish mehta/$NEFT 3,500.00 I had ordered 7 sarees from them and had made an advance payment of Rs 3500 on 26/06/2014 from my PNB Account (statement attached) in mr. Mehta’s account and he had promised that the sarees will be delivered in a weeks time. Its been a month since then and I have neither received the saree nor the refund. he gave me 2 tracking numbers which were incorrect. we have calling him everyday but his answers are vague and he disconnects the call. I want the refund. please help
