Package changed in two months continue but not changed till now

I changed my package in one month before but not changed from service provider and charged same for this. I called again and again but reply canes it will be activated in 24 hrs, tomorrow but not activated and I changed my package this month also but till now it was not activated. And and just now missed call them to activate one channel which was already added in my package they had sent activated msg in second
