Ozone Gym in DLTA complex in Safdarjung enclave (also known as Ozone Club is asking irrelevant and impertinent questions like passport number of self and spouse, date and place of issue of passports, income, spouse’s name and income and occupation, PAM number of self, etc. On top of that they want photocopies of passport of applicant and his/her spouse. Then they want photocopies of PAN card of the applicant also. It is clearly mentioned in the application form that Ozone Gym is a private organisation, which is a leaseholder of a facility built with public money. Moreover they have a screening committee after the form-filling stage. Why do they need these details? What right do they have to ask for these details? IS their procedure legal and ethical?
