I stayed in OYO3090 with Booking ID SQBE3715 in Nilachal House, Delhi for two days 12.12.2017 to 14.12.2017.It is highly regretted that In spite of my many requests you are not sending me GST BILL RECEIPT for the payment of Rs. 4129/- paid by me. The Bill Receipt must contain Bill/Receipt Number, date and GST amount, and Total Amount. Whreas you have sent me receipt without Number and GST and NOT EVEN RESPONDING. linens were dirty. room was stinking. No breakfast provided though it was complimentary.

As somany problem faced at hotel to all as follows.There is dustbin depot in front of Hotel Govindham Palace.
The lift is not working.
Curtain in room was not available at glass window.
Hot water not in Bathroom.
Food was not hygenic.
Intercom not in working condition.
TV Chanal Not working
There is electricity current in when we got some hot water.
There were not any waiter at hotel who carry our bags. Even not Welcomed to us when we reach at Hotel.
