Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Micromax

My Handset screen got broke as it fell down.I gave it OVEZ communication, micromax authorized service center in bangalore on 24th June.Service person said it will take 15 days to fix and it would cost 4000 rs for the screen. I said ok and gave the hand set.

Even after 18 days they didnt update us anything reg the phone.I went to the service station and after asking about set, the service person tells that it takes another 15 days..

After speaking with the service center manager Rahaman(9738473838) he said it will be given on 25th.But when i try calling them all their service numbers are not reachable.

    i think they all disappeared
    i too have a similiar problem. given my phone for TP change on 26-jun-13 and consistently response is wait for 15 days (which not had become 1 month)

    this whole suppport sucks big time…i wish i had bought other brands.
    not able to reach the MMX management for any escalations with their website.
