Overcharging on MRP & denial of invoice

Location/place: Model Town -II, Delhi-9

Name of company/service: Ahuja Communications

I bought a sandisk 4 GB pe drive form Ahuja Communications on 3rd june 2013. They charged me 280 Rs against MRP of 240 Rs. Claimimg that OEM has increased price and asked them to collect it form consumers. upon asking for invoice it was bluntly denied.
