On 8th June I was subscribed SMS5P pack paying online Rs:14.00 but again auto Rs:39 debited on 9th June towards SMS1P pack and again on 8th July auto subscribed SMS5P pack debiting Rs:14 and thereafter on 9th July again auto debited Rs:39 towards SMS1P pack where ever I was subscribed once of Rs:14 on 8th June. On my last complaint I got about 10 telephonic calls with a assurance that I will get refund of Rs:78 but I was received Rs: 39 refund on 20th July where ever I have to get 78.00 of auto subscribed on 9th June and 9th July 2012.
Please arrange refund of Rs:39 otherwise ready for legal approach.
