Dear Team,

I visited DTDC’s Kalina, Santacruz(E), Mumbai branch for sending a local parcel (Envelop)

Against as mentioned @ http://www.dtdcintracity.com/pricing.html
they have collected Rs. 15/- for service mode For “Regular Delivery without POD (Proof of Delivery)”

I hence request you to kindly suggest appropriate action.
