Over billing and reverse the same

Location/place: panvel

Name of company/service: standard charted credit card

Unnecessary Plan is activated in my account and for which i do not received any service but still Company is charging penalty and interest. I had complained the same the same to customer service center of the company they are said that it will reverse in next billing but still now they do not reversed the same. I had done various correspondence as well as mails to the Bank they are not yet solved my problem. I can give my complaint no 201304043889 and it’s ref. no 07/13/056604/SP/CRD

kindly register the case in consumer Court and solve the same as early as possible.
