I purchased some goods from Godrej Interio, 11 Biren Roy Road (West) Behala Chowrasta, Kol – 8 with Rs./- 43,164 and gave a bill of their own. But when the delivery of the goods was finally done. They sent a bill (with vat) of Rs./- 34732.74. We sent a complain letter to the shop from where the purchase was done but in vain. So we also sent a complain letter to Mumbai Head office of the Godrej interio and they suggested us to take necessary action. Now I am totally hopeless and want to approach you with the hope of getting legal solution of the matter and get back my hard earned money though your proper action.
Please do something for me and oblige.
