Outstanding Credit History for a Unused-Closed Credit Card

Location/place: Chennai

Name of company/service: Credit Cards – Standard Chartered

This is Deepak Venkatraman with Standard Chartered Credit card number (4129038083067544).

In spite of cancelling/Closing my Credit Card on 2004 and repeatedly reporting the customer care about its closure with no-dues, I still find a report against my profile that I have a bad credit history with Standard Chartered bank.
I hope after seeing this complaint Standard Chartered Credit cards will act on this issue
