I am Ayub Khan, I am customer of HDFC Bank I am using Credit Card from last 6 years my Card # 4893-7716-0239-3595, I am paying credit card bill on time without fail till 2017 what are the amount is use in card, in 2017 I did not paid bill for 3 to 4 months and I decided to settlement the account credit card full amount with interest and whatever amount is outstanding in month of August 2017 one of executive called to me he Name is “Muzamil” Mobile# 9343611005 (Now not reachable this number) the offering for settlement the account, I am also ready for settlement the card I went HDFC Bank (Credit Card Department) Richmond Road Bangalore and I meet the executive who offer me for settlement Rs.58,700.00 from September 2017 to February 2018 6 months the offer to me in 6 EMI I paid all 6 months EMI’s without fail only Rs.460.00 I didn’t paid (58,700.00-58,240.00) I don’t know when I forget Rs.460.00, I made a mistake ones completed 6 months I call to HDFC Executive for this Contact #
080-61606161 they pick the call and I ask please check anything balance amount is there in my side the Executive told we don’t your card information your card is blocked you wait till our Executive call and response ok, After 3 months is completing now the blade bugger call from this # 080-61791883, 080-61471131 and torchering to me, with my mobile # 9886970039 and my friend mobile # 9008760170, You need to pay Rs.35000 to Rs.25000 still amount is pending what are you paid in settlement amount this is not a settlement valid and I ask how it is possible for I told I need pay Rs.460.00 that much only I paid do whatever you went I can’t pay that much of amount. I inform to Executive I applied for Consumer Court to your Bank he told do whatever you went.
Please I need your support what I can do I didn’t understand the call daily 2 to 3 times.
Please help me I am waiting your response.
