Dear Sir,
i have one data card of reliance & that was not working so i had given the request for migration from postpaid to prepaid in world wab of vaishali on 27th july 2012. i allready paid a advance rental of three months & close the connection after two month as it was not working. while checking today observe that system is still in active mode. once confirmed with dealer he is saying that there is outstanding of rs 109 . How its posiible as i paid advance rental.as per coustomer care there is no outstanding . who is correct ? please let me know so that i can recharge my data card & can use as per my requirement .
