Out going calls barred for last 4days& no action taken

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular

Dear,
My Mob.no:09177340385, i ported to IDEA 10 days back, i have given, all the proofs required by IDEA at my office and this is CUG number(Corporate).IDEA sent me bill for the period to the address mentioned, but My out going calls are barred from 8/6/12. I enquired with Idea and they are saying that wrong address given. How did they send bills to right address and address proof enquiry to wrong address, I am suffering from this since last 5 days and there is no responce.Also they didn’t call me for enquiry,they just barred my out going calls.
Please take necessary action as per the Law.
